She has over fifteen years of experience in corporate legal and compliance roles and has become an expert in data room management, contract review and drafting, permits and licenses, corporate governance, government filings, and data management systems.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science with Honors in Accounting from the University of Jacksonville
• Bachelor of Arts in Finance with Honors from the University of Jacksonville

She loves spending time with her husband and their three kids.
