Chief Executive – Development:
Clients value Gwen’s experience and insight in building strong legal foundations, handling complex transactions, and positioning for successful exits. She has represented business owners and entrepreneurs through all stages of growth and transition, as well as held various C-Suite level positions in law, administration, and strategy. In her role as Chief Legal Officer, she led the development team through dozens of acquisitions and uses that experience to help management teams to grow with a strong foundation and maximize value. Gwen has been recognized for her service to the community and economic development initiatives. She founded the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center and GrowJax, a Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce initiative serving second-stage business owners with between $1 million and $50 million in revenue and 10-99 employees. She currently serves as the Chapter President for the Association for Corporate Growth of North Florida, a member of the Florida ACG Capital Connection Committee and several subcommittees, a Board Member for the Florida Venture Forum and is an alumna of Leadership Jacksonville’s 2005 class.
Gwen holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Florida and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, with honors, and is a Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent® peer-rated attorney.
